Return & Refund Policy

Returns

To request a return, please contact us at contact@mymaharajah.com. Our support team will review your request and get back to you shortly. If your return is approved, we will share an unpaid return label.

International Orders:
Maharajah accepts returns on international orders. However, all return shipping charges and related fees must be borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on international orders.

Refunds

Refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged or items are missing.

For verification purposes, we kindly request an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened. This helps us cross-check and resolve your concern fairly.

Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

After receiving the refund confirmation email, please allow 2–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Missing Items

Step 1: Check the Package Carefully

Before contacting us, please inspect the package thoroughly, including all packing materials. In some cases, items may still be inside the box or shipped separately. If items are shipped separately, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Step 2: Contact Us

If an item is missing or damaged, please email us at contact@mymaharajah.com with the following details:

  • Photos of the shipping label and the package
  • Photos of the items received
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will assist you with the next steps as quickly as possible.

Missing item claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, claims made after 7 days cannot be accepted for refund or reshipment.

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for verification.

Order Cancellation

If your order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday, you may be able to cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inform us immediately so we can assist you.
